The Most Feared Government

Many today are wondering about the proposed New World Order to come and are speculating as to who and what will set this in motion. Fear of this coming establishment of this authority is rampant in the world at this time. However most do not consider the prophesied coming of a system that will guarantee social and economic equity. This will be proceeded by a period of turmoil and devastation unparalleled in history. Greed will run amuck as fear will spur many to seek every way possible to protect their finances without regard for the fate of others.

We will present to you the government system most feared by many in the world. As the current ruling authorities on earth are less concerned for the most at risk individuals in their societies, the coming order will be despised and rejected by men; because it will seek their welfare.

Consider how few people really want a fair system of government as everyone wants to protect their own self interests. What we each seek to defend, for our own means, is always foremost in our personal agendas. Concern for our fellow man to frequently falls by the wayside in our attempt to safeguard what is important to our well being.

Let us now examine some promises made that assure us of safety and provision. “See, the days are coming,” declares יהוה, “when I shall make a new covenant with the house of Yisra’ĕl and with the house of Yehuḏah, not like the covenant I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Mitsrayim, My covenant which they broke, though I was a husband to them,” declares יהוה. “For this is the covenant I shall make with the house of Yisra’ĕl after those days, declares יהוה: I shall put My Torah in their inward parts, and write it on their hearts. And I shall be their Elohim, and they shall be My people. “And no longer shall they teach, each one his neighbour, and each one his brother, saying, ‘Know יהוה,’ for they shall all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them,” declares יהוה. “For I shall forgive their crookedness, and remember their sin no more.” Thus said יהוה, who gives the sun for a light by day, and the laws of the moon and the stars for a light by night, who stirs up the sea, and its waves roar – יהוה of hosts is His Name: “If these laws vanish from before Me,” declares יהוה, “then the seed of Yisra’ĕl shall also cease from being a nation before Me forever.” Thus said יהוה, “If the heavens above could be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I would also cast off all the seed of Yisra’ĕl for all that they have done,” declares יהוה. Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah) 31:31-37 (ISR98) Just imagine how horrible this situation will be to those who believe that there will no longer be any obedience required. Having the rules imprinted on our hearts means we will desire to keep the ways of Yah. In addition how will most feel when they realize this takes place on earth?

This particular section in Yirmeyahu also presents a problem with the sun and the earth ever going away. As they are a major aspect of the covenant being in force, so how can they be eliminated and the promise still be true? Another curiosity is the nation of Isra’el is assured continual existence as long as the B’rit is in force. With this in mind how can anyone claim to be part of the olive tree as Sha’ul describes it in Romans chapter 11? If the covenant were no longer in effect the olive tree would not matter, as the tree is Isra’el and it is who all the commitments are made to. So why would anyone want to be part of an arrangement that will be abrogated by the guarantor? As the branches grafted in become part of the tame olive tree, they depend on it for their survival, not the tree depending on the branches that are grafted in.

And the word of יהוה came to me, saying, “And you, son of man, take a stick for yourself and write on it, ‘For Yehuḏah and for the children of Yisra’ĕl, his companions.’ Then take another stick and write on it, ‘For Yosĕph, the stick of Ephrayim, and for all the house of Yisra’ĕl, his companions.’ “Then bring them together for yourself into one stick, and they shall become one in your hand. “And when the children of your people speak to you, saying, ‘Won’t you show us what you mean by these?’ say to them, ‘Thus said the Master יהוה, “See, I am taking the stick of Yosĕph, which is in the hand of Ephrayim, and the tribes of Yisra’ĕl, his companions. And I shall give them unto him, with the stick of Yehuḏah, and make them one stick, and they shall be one in My hand.” ’ “And the sticks on which you write shall be in your hand before their eyes. “And speak to them, ‘Thus said the Master יהוה, “See, I am taking the children of Yisra’ĕl from among the gentiles, wherever they have gone, and shall gather them from all around, and I shall bring them into their land. “And I shall make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Yisra’ĕl. And one sovereign shall be sovereign over them all, and let them no longer be two nations, and let them no longer be divided into two reigns. “And they shall no longer defile themselves with their idols, nor with their disgusting matters, nor with any of their transgressions. And I shall save them from all their dwelling places in which they have sinned, and I shall cleanse them. And they shall be My people, and I be their Elohim, while Dawiḏ My servant is sovereign over them. And they shall all have one shepherd and walk in My right-rulings and guard My laws, and shall do them. “And they shall dwell in the land that I have given to Ya‛aqoḇ My servant, where your fathers dwelt. And they shall dwell in it, they and their children and their children’s children, forever, and My servant Dawiḏ be their prince forever. “And I shall make a covenant of peace with them – an everlasting covenant it is with them. And I shall place them and increase them, and shall place My set-apart place in their midst, forever. “And My Dwelling Place shall be over them. And I shall be their Elohim, and they shall be My people. “And the gentiles shall know that I, יהוה, am setting Yisra’ĕl apart, when My set-apart place is in their midst – forever.” ’ ” Yechezk’el (Ezekiel) 37:15-28 (ISR98)

The Prophet declares Yah will reunite the two houses of Isra’el back into one nation as was in the days of King David. This kingdom will be the center of restoration for all humanity as it will be the predecessor of the final government, which is established on Yah’s Torah. There will never be a time when mankind will be without laws. It will be a very big surprise to all those who believe in the immortality of the soul, as most of those who have this expectation believe that there will be no guidelines to abide within. Also Yesha’yahu (Isaiah) 9:6-7 (KJV) proclaims For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this. Both of these Prophets tell us this government will never end.

Sadly the idea of being our own authority goes back to the fall in the Garden of Eden. Why after expelling Adam and Chavah (Eve) for their violation would Yah then tell their descendants that they can get by with less restrictions? How fair does that sound in the overall picture? Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter. Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes and clever in their own sight. Woe to those who are heroes at drinking wine and champions at mixing drinks, who acquit the guilty for a bribe, but deny justice to the innocent. Therefore, as tongues of fire lick up straw and as dry grass sinks down in the flames, so their roots will decay and their flowers blow away like dust; for they have rejected the law of the Lord Almighty and spurned the word of the Holy One of Israel. Therefore the Lord’s anger burns against his people; his hand is raised and he strikes them down. The mountains shake, and the dead bodies are like refuse in the streets. Yet for all this, his anger is not turned away, his hand is still upraised. Yesha’yahu 5:20-25 (NIV) Yah has given fair warning that he will not be mocked by his creation.

And I saw a messenger coming down from the heaven, having the key to the pit of the deep and a great chain in his hand. And he seized the dragon, the serpent of old, who is the Devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years, and he threw him into the pit of the deep, and shut him up, and set a seal on him, so that he should lead the nations no more astray until the thousand years were ended. And after that he has to be released for a little while. And I saw thrones – and they sat on them, and judgment was given to them – and the lives of those who had been beheaded because of the witness they bore to יהושע and because of the Word of Elohim, and who did not worship the beast, nor his image, and did not receive his mark upon their foreheads or upon their hands. And they lived and reigned with Messiah for a thousand years (and the rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended) – this is the first resurrection. Blessed and set-apart is the one having part in the first resurrection. The second death possesses no authority over these, but they shall be priests of Elohim and of Messiah, and shall reign with Him a thousand years. And when the thousand years have ended, Satan shall be released from his prison, and he shall go out to lead the nations astray which are in the four corners of the earth, Gog̅ and Mag̅og̅, to gather them together for battle, whose number is as the sand of the sea. And they came up over the breadth of the earth and surrounded the camp of the set-apart ones and the beloved city. And fire came down from Elohim out of the heaven and consumed them. And the devil, who led them astray, was thrown into the lake of fire and sulphur where the beast and the false prophet are. And they shall be tortured day and night forever and ever. And I saw a great white throne and Him who was sitting on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away, and no place was found for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before the throne, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged from what was written in the books, according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead who were in it, and death and the grave gave up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. And the death and the grave were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And if anyone was not found written in the Book of Life, he was thrown into the lake of fire. Revelation 20:1-15 (ISR98)

In the above chapter from the Revelation to Yochanan the thousand years is referencing the same period as Yechezk’el 37:15-28, 38:1-39:29. The judgment takes place in two phases with the greater amount of the resurrected being the latter as the former are all martyrs. These martyrs are all those beheaded for their testimony of salvation and proclaiming the Word of Elohim. This salvation is the expectation of deliverance from the oppression imposed during the economic persecution of the beast system. The beast is man’s system based on believing the adversary that we can rule ourselves, instead of submitting to Yah. Their faith/trust will be in Yah keeping his promises to Avraham and his descendants of which those outside may enter by becoming participants in the covenant.

Avraham showed his trust in Yah by doing what Yah asked, not by simply thinking that Yah would do what he said. This is what Y’shua refers to when he teaches about the faith of Avraham. A land is what Yah promised he would give to Avraham’s offspring. As we look forward to Y’shua’s meal with his talmidim recorded in Mattityahu 26:26-29 (NASB) While they were eating, Jesus took some bread, and after a blessing, He broke it and gave it to the disciples, and said, “Take, eat; this is My body.” And when He had taken a cup and given thanks, He gave it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you; for this is My blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for forgiveness of sins. But I say to you, I will not drink of this fruit of the vine from now on until that day when I drink it new with you in My Father’s kingdom.” This covenant is the one Yirmeyahu is proclaiming to the whole house of Isra’el (12 tribes) and because of the transgressions of his people we move on to Y’shua’s prayers in the garden. Then Jesus *came with them to a place called Gethsemane, and *said to His disciples, “Sit here while I go over there and pray.” And He took with Him Peter and the two sons of Zebedee, and began to be grieved and distressed. Then He *said to them, “My soul is deeply grieved, to the point of death; remain here and keep watch with Me.” And He went a little beyond them, and fell on His face and prayed, saying, “My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; yet not as I will, but as You will.” And He *came to the disciples and *found them sleeping, and *said to Peter, “So, you men could not keep watch with Me for one hour? Keep watching and praying that you may not enter into temptation; the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.” He went away again a second time and prayed, saying, “My Father, if this cannot pass away unless I drink it, Your will be done.” Again He came and found them sleeping, for their eyes were heavy. And He left them again, and went away and prayed a third time, saying the same thing once more. Mattityahu 26:36-44 (NASB)

Most people do not realize that the cup of blessing and the cup of cursing is the same cup as whichever we deserve is what we get. For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the death of the Lord, until he comes. Therefore, whoever eats the Lord’s bread or drinks the Lord’s cup in an unworthy manner will be guilty of desecrating the body and blood of the Lord! So let a person examine himself first, and then he may eat of the bread and drink from the cup; for a person who eats and drinks without recognizing the body eats and drinks judgment upon himself. This is why many among you are weak and sick, and some have died! 1 Corinthians 11:26-30 (CJB) This is the reason he provides grace so that we don’t receive the full punishment for our sins.

If we fully regard what Yah has asked of us, then we have every right to expect him to abide by his Word. Y’shua is that Word in the flesh, a human being who trusted and obeyed the Father which allowed him to lay his life down as a sacrifice for our transgressions. This is the legal method for the Kingdom of Heaven. Yochanan tells us in the Revelation chapter 21:1-27 (ISR98) And I saw a renewed heaven and a renewed earth, for the former heaven and the former earth had passed away, and the sea is no more. And I, Yoḥanan, saw the set-apart city, renewed Yerushalayim, coming down out of the heaven from Elohim, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the heaven saying, “See, the Booth of Elohim is with men, and He shall dwell with them, and they shall be His people, and Elohim Himself shall be with them and be their Elohim. “And Elohim shall wipe away every tear from their eyes, and there shall be no more death, nor mourning, nor crying. And there shall be no more pain, for the former matters have passed away.” And He who was sitting on the throne said, “See, I make all matters new.” And He said to me, “Write, for these words are true and trustworthy.” And He said to me, “It is done! I am the ‘Aleph’ and the ‘Taw’, the Beginning and the End. To the one who thirsts I shall give of the fountain of the water of life without payment. “The one who overcomes shall inherit all this, and I shall be his Elohim and he shall be My son. “But as for the cowardly, and untrustworthy, and abominable, and murderers, and those who whore, and drug sorcerers, and idolaters, and all the false, their part is in the lake which burns with fire and sulphur, which is the second death.” And one of the seven messengers who held the seven bowls filled with the seven last plagues came to me and spoke with me, saying, “Come, I shall show you the bride, the Lamb’s wife.” And he carried me away in the Spirit to a great and high mountain, and showed me the great city, the set-apart Yerushalayim, descending out of the heaven from Elohim, having the esteem of Elohim, and her light was like a most precious stone, like a jasper stone, clear as crystal, and having a great and high wall, having twelve gates, and at the gates twelve messengers, and names written on them, which are those of the twelve tribes of the children of Yisra’ĕl: three gates on the east, three gates on the north, three gates on the south, and three gates on the west. And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and on them were the names of the twelve emissaries of the Lamb. And he who spoke with me had a golden measuring rod, to measure the city, and its gates, and its wall. And the city lies four-cornered, and its length is as great as its breadth. And he measured the city with the rod: two thousand two hundred kilometres – the length, and the breadth, and height of it are equal. And he measured its wall: sixty-five metres, according to the measure of a man, that is, of a messenger. And the structure of its wall was jasper. And the city was clean gold, like clear glass. And the foundations of the wall of the city were adorned with all kinds of precious stones: the first foundation jasper, the second sapphire, the third agate, the fourth emerald, the fifth sardonyx, the sixth ruby, the seventh chrysolite, the eighth beryl, the ninth topaz, the tenth chrysoprase, the eleventh jacinth, and the twelfth amethyst. And the twelve gates were twelve pearls – each one of the gates was a single pearl. And the street of the city was clean gold, like transparent glass. And I saw no Dwelling Place in it, for יהוה Ěl Shaddai is its Dwelling Place, and the Lamb. And the city had no need of the sun, nor of the moon, to shine in it, for the esteem of Elohim lightened it, and the Lamb is its lamp. And the gentiles, of those who are saved, shall walk in its light, and the sovereigns of the earth bring their esteem into it. And its gates shall not be shut at all by day, for night shall not be there. And they shall bring the esteem and the appreciation of the gentiles into it. And there shall by no means enter into it whatever is unclean, neither anyone doing abomination and falsehood, but only those who are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life.

As you notice, the New Yerushalayim is on the earth, not in heaven as heaven has to come down to earth. Yesha’yahu speaks of this same Yerushalayim in his Prophecy contained in chapter 66:22-24 “For just as the new heavens and the new earth Which I make will endure before Me,” declares the Lord, “So your offspring and your name will endure. “And it shall be from new moon to new moon And from sabbath to sabbath, All mankind will come to bow down before Me,” says the Lord. “Then they will go forth and look On the corpses of the men Who have transgressed against Me. For their worm will not die And their fire will not be quenched; And they will be an abhorrence to all mankind.” Curiously in the New Yerushalayim, the Shabat is still in force and everyone will come and bow down before Yah. This is a physical creation where we still live and work just as we were created to do. Work is not a four letter word as so many like to think it is.

Likewise, prior to the events in the previous chapters, Y’shua states in Mattityahu 24:29-31 (DRA) And immediately after the tribulation of those days, the sun shall be darkened and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of heaven shall be moved: And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all tribes of the earth mourn: and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with much power and majesty. And he shall send his angels with a trumpet, and a great voice: and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the farthest parts of the heavens to the utmost bounds of them. This is a physical body which Y’shua returns in just as he went up in Acts 1:6-11 (ESV) So when they had come together, they asked him, “Lord, will you at this time restore the kingdom to Israel?” He said to them, “It is not for you to know times or seasons that the Father has fixed by his own authority. But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” And when he had said these things, as they were looking on, he was lifted up, and a cloud took him out of their sight. And while they were gazing into heaven as he went, behold, two men stood by them in white robes, and said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into heaven? This Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will come in the same way as you saw him go into heaven.” This account clearly declares that Y’shua will return the same way he left.

Many have been taught that all the things that are promised by Yah are mystical or spiritual only and will have no carnal aspect. This is not the kingdom that most are expecting nor want. A One World Government is coming and it is not to be feared. Expectations have been founded on false teachings that are grossly misinterpreted. The real thing is much better and leaves out the impractical and illogical imaginations that man has dreamed up.

In closing, I do not know about you but I prefer to trust that Yah has told me and everyone else what we can expect from him. Anything else has no basis in what scripture tells us. Even with human beings as the recorders of Yah’s instructions, the mistakes, and misinterpretations we have made, the truth still comes through with the help of the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit).
